For the Birmingham Ball, our team of talented Account Managers worked closely with event organizers to design a menu that would elevate the evening and leave guests inspired.

🍇 Sorbet & Chambord Kir Royale
This dessert cocktail was as visually stunning as it was indulgent. Served in a chilled glass, it featured raspberry sherbet, Chambord, and sparkling wine—a sweet, effervescent treat that doubled as dessert and drink in one elegant sip.
🍸 The Mumbai Margarita
A global twist on a crowd favorite, this margarita was rimmed with silver salt for a shimmering finish. Refreshing and light, it struck the perfect balance between bold flavor and delicate presentation.
🥭 The Mango Mojito
Vibrant, fruity, and minty fresh, this mojito was a welcome cocktail that set the tone for the evening ahead. With tropical mango notes and a burst of mint, it made for a bright and energetic start.
🌿 The Classic Gin & Tonic (Reimagined)
We love taking the classics up a notch. For this G&T, we incorporated a cucumber mint ice cube that subtly infused the drink as it melted, adding layers of freshness throughout the night.
☕ The Espresso Martini
Always a guest favorite, our espresso martini was made extra special with a cappuccino sugar rim—a small touch that created a big impact, tying together the bold flavors in one decadent cocktail.
